As a result, we do not find health by putting things into our body, but instead can achieve greater health by removing any interference and allowing our body to heal and regulate itself.

The brain and nervous system is the master control system of your body as it controls and coordinates almost all functions in your body. Chiropractors identify areas of restrictions along your spine and perform specific chiropractic adjustments to improve and maintain the health of your spine and nervous system.
